What is Susan's campaign theme? LOOKING FORWARD, GIVING BACK In the early stage of my campaign development, the working theme is “Elect Susan Sandberg, City Council At-Large!” I’m sure we’ll get cleverer as our campaign meetings continue and print materials are developed. However, the goal is simple – it is important to have women represented on the Council, and my basic philosophy is to look forward and give back.
